1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Discipline Club Habit Tracker app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application on your personal mobile device strictly in accordance with these terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
• Extract the source code of the app.
• Translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions without our permission.

4. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Discipline Club offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("PRO"). By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. User Data and Responsibility

Discipline Club stores your habit tracking data locally on your device. You are solely responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, deletion of the app, or unauthorized access to your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully functional.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes.
